I am very happy with the Purevpn…
I am very happy with the Purevpn support. I had a long discussion with Austin regarding openvpn issues connecting to Belgium and France. At the end a solution has been found and VPN is working fine now.Thanks a lot for the job done on saturday.

Strange that the service stopped…
Strange that the service stopped working last week and i have been trying to get time to sit down with your Tech guys to sort it out. It looks like the way to connect to favourite sites is now through the Pure VPN app, which is OK once you get used to it, but i used to access favourite sites through Google then open Pure VPN to open the sites for viewing. Great system overall though many thanks!!

i had a problem with my proxy
i had a problem with my proxy, the live chat tried but couldn't fix it at that moment, so i had to wait for tech support, now it's fixed and is working great
