Installing a dedicated IP on a new Ubuntu computer
I needed to install my PureVPN on my new computer with Ubuntu 20.04 and got a regular connection following the guidelines support shared with me, but I couldn't get my dedicated IP to work. Then working remotedly from Hong Kong, Ryan worked fast on my laptop and got it right entering a few commands in the terminal that Ubuntu provides. He did a great job! They are efficient and effective and never leave you stranded!!!!! BRAVO!

There was a problem but...
Using for a while then had an issue with app not being visible, but they responded quite quickly and told me of the ongoing issue and how to remedy. Works wonders again. Thank you team!
