Happy with PureVPN and a great Support

I am Dutch and have just arrived in southern Spain for a longer period of time. Made a connection to the Netherlands with VPN, but the Internet connection immediately disappeared. Internet came back automatically after a disconnect. Ryan from VPN support quickly discovered that I was using an outdated version of VPN and wrote how to install the latest version. And that solved the problem. Dear Ryian, Thank you again for the kind help and all the relevant information. I love PureVPN!!!

Have been using PureVPN for years with excellent customer service. Was having a slight issue with connectivity, and the support service agent, Oscar, fixed the problem in a few short minutes. I use PureVPN on all my devices. Great app, great service, great price.

I used PureVPN for 2 years, my plan was running out and I decided to renew it. I was unable to pay from my account using my bank card due to sanctions and contacted PureVPN support. A wonderful specialist named Oscar helped me make a payment through the "paymentwall" , but a second profile appeared in my personal account. Oscar also helped to combine the profile into one. unexpected bandwidth for the price was a pleasant surprise. Customer care is prompt and efficient. Long term contracts are attractive. The difficulties met in router setup are not dependent on pureVPN.
