I spoke with Alex who helped me tremendously with a issue i created because i hadn't use a VPN for 2 years and needed help with my Mobile and PC. I highly recommend PureVPN to anyone who not only a first time user but any user in need of a VPN. I am a long time user over 7 years, but took a break when i purchased a new PC and router and never got around to set it up again.
