I got a PureVPN program with 30 days and getting my refund was a nghtmare
I got a PureVPN program with 30 days money-back guarantee. That same day I asked to cancel my subscription. Two weeks later I check my pay-pal account and see that I'm still being charged. I contacted customer service and was told that they are working on my refund. Streaming services(netflix,amazon..) still leave something to be desired,but other than that,it's all good.

Extraordinary service, Riley is great 5 Stars and above
Riley is such a great person to deal with, he instantly fixed my issue which couldn't be fixed by others so I am highly impressed. Also, PureVPN service is at another level as these guys are always supportive and are there to help you with any issues. I had a problem with the subscription. I must say I didn't believe it's going to be solved. (I opened other VPN websites on other tabs in order to look for a deal) but Alex solved my problem by contacting several departments several times. I can't say any about the quality yet, but you can be sure that any problem will be solved. Thanks.

I have had Pure VPN for a few years…
I have had Pure VPN for a few years now, and at times I have had problems, but in most cases it was after a Microsoft update to my OS, and every time the people at Pure VPN fixed it in no time at all.
