I had trouble viewing BBC programs
I had trouble viewing BBC programs. Nothing I did would fix it, so I logged onto my account and found the help desk. I chatted with a support person who was able to guide me to a new way of viewing BBC programs .

Efficient and reliable
I find PureVPN efficient and reliable after a year and a half of use. There are problems with superhightech pages that doesn't work no matter what VPN you use, but for daily business and privaci, PureVPN is good enough. I'm happy with the product.

Best VPN overall
I have used PureVPN for a number of years now and it has never failed me. I have also used a few others and I find that Pure is the best for simplicity of use and has the best value for money. Quite simply it gets the job done. I also have to emphasize their great support service. They work 24/7 and will solve any issue in a short time.
