Overall Very Good
Very nice and simple layout and many locations to choose from. My go-to VPN right now. I had troubles with connection speed issues but I contacted support and a support agent, Riley, responded almost immediately. She took me through a whole bunch of steps to increase my speeds.

Forgot there are two logins…
Forgot there are two different logins... never copied the login for member area... got confused and annoyed with not able to start vpn. tried reset password but didn't recall the purevpn0s number....finally got into member area and decided to try the CHAT... Alex understood what I was saying despite my poor typing. He helped me understand the two different logins. EasyLogin is supposed to be enabled but it isn't.. still have to use the purevpn0sxxxxx login to the vpn. also had problem with ...
