I like to have it connected 24/7
I have used Purevpn for years and it working very nively. Sometimes though i need to reconnect - i like to have it connected 24/7 but maybe thats too much to ask ;-) And playing radio at dr.dk is a nogo, they must have blocked this vpn?

Needed Tech Support at night - was able to connect with Furqan, the agent operating the chat help - they were able to identify my issue quickly and efficiently and patiently guided me through the resolution. I was very pleased.

ASIM the vpn helper is absolutely outstanding for his work. Has made my day better, has made the vpn a lot easier to use. A very, very, nice lad. I want him to get a promotion, or a better paycheck, he is the NICEST person I have ever met online. He has made the vpn so much more accessible and understandable. Furqan knew immediately what my issue was, and had me fixed right away. From the time I clicked to open support chat til the time it was resolved and I was properly connected was no more than 2-3 minutes! Thanks!

I had experienced the VPN issues in restricted area. I have tried many other VPNs, but the support of PureVPN is good. The final advance help they offered to me is great. The technician is Fahad. He is very good! I am satisfied. I will recommend. 5 stars!
