Awesome service, excellent customer service
I contacted customer care to cancel my service because I didn't have the opportunity to take advantage of offers that were sent to me prior to my subscription expiration. Austin, the agent that was assisting me was very understanding and offered to honor the offers. I decided to accept the offers and was impressed with how friendly and convenient Austin made the whole process. I will definitely recommend PureVPN to my friends an family!
