I recently had a difficult time logging…
I recently had a difficult time logging into PureVPN and used the chat option with Adam Reeds who patiently walked through each step to resolve my problem. He was quite knowledgeable and was able to resolve my problem quickly. This is what makes using PureVPN so enjoyable!

Very solid app and service that gives huge flexibility
Very solid app that gives huge flexibility, and the widest choice of VPN endpoints. Would be useful to know "load" on the devices you are connecting to (if that was possible) so you connect to the one with best bandwidth availability to avoid hopping around to find a high-speed sustained streaming source, but overall the app and service have been first-rate - I couldn't be happier!

PureVPN is the best!
I had PureVPN for a good while and never had a minute of downtime. I recently had to drop the service when my plan ran out, but shortly thereafter I was able to restart my service and ALEX hooked me up in no time and honored the renewal offer as if I never dropped the service at all. I love these guys and their services!
