Had Problems Using New Plan - Riley Rocks!
Had problems logging in using my new plan, contacted support through the website. My support person Riley was super friendly and very helpful, sorted it out for me straight away / very quickly. Appreciate your help Riley, if only all support people were like you :)

Had an issue when downloading - Fixed fast.
Had an issue when downloading, went to speak to someone on the live chat. Connected withing 5 seconds. Got the help I needed within 2 minutes and everything is sorted. Many thanks to Adam Reeds for the fast an accurate help with my case.

Great customer support = happy customer
Even though they billed me an annual subscription with auto-renewal, I was able to reach customer service in a jiffy, and they offered me various options to make it right and it worked for me. Thank you for the excellent service. Overall I have been happy with the PureVPN services.

No value for money, complicated, greedy company.
Don't buy PureVPN. Bad customer service and complicated settings, un-logical interfaces and super expensive for how they slow up your connection. Always got errors when installing on a new device, costed me a lot of time to figure out how to actually get it working. Then without any warning or check, the bi-annual billing happened and no way to reach customer service. No responses to my emails. Be careful people and pick a provider that gives you value.
