A Knockout!
Tried to watch the BBC with Virtual Shield with Safari, but it didn't cover me. The BBC Iplayer knew, even after deleting cookies and such. I switched to PureVPN with immediate success.Great job.

Customer service was great
Customer service was great. Had riely help me out and he was probably the most or one of the most knowledgable tech support ive ever had in my 30 years of living. Answered fast, and accurate. I really wish we had tech support who knew their product for every business the way this guy did. Outside of rileys service, which was unmatched. the only thing I would say Is i think their dedicated IP service is a little pricey. Thanks, -Cody

My review on Alan from PureVPN
HI! I lost about 3 hours worth of work because my VPN wasn't working correctly. I had 2 helpers trying to figure it out. 1 name Austin; patient, respectful and wanted to help but he seemed pretty clueless as to what was actually needed to resolve my issue. Then came Alan. This guy was quick, professional, respectful AND knowledgeable. Got it done in a jiffy. That's what I like. Great customer service. He should get a raise OR be in Management. Thanks again!
