I had to choose a different provider
For me PureVpn has been the right choice for years, but for some reason connections via routers stopped working and the PureVpn app keeps crashing or stopped working. No solution could be provided by support, sorry I had to leave them.

I was having a hard time using purevpn…
I was having a hard time using purevpn on my Firestick with the set password, it was not working. I went on chat support and explained the situation to Austin, within 5 seconds Austin provided me with the link and steps to get the job done, I was send to an area where there was a pre-set password I had to use for the app, I am now online on my Firestick. Awesome work Austin.

After years of using pure vpn I'm 100% satisfy. My favorite location working very well, but little be slower than my normal connection.

----This is what I wrote first---Fast, effcient response from Alex. Problem solved. Service how it should be, but won't get it from many other places. A satisfied customer.---Now---The high praise was premature.Severe bandwidth problems over two days; available bandwidth fluctuated between 32kbps to 104kbps (this is Kbps!!!).BBC Sounds starving of bandwidth, other websites take AGES to build up, come on, get real: that type of bandwidth is somewhat Victorian era!
