It was a helping information for me. I like the way of giving reply to all my queries.
What do you like best? The way to understand problems and finding solutions. What do you dislike? Nothing is such which I don't like about. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I was about to cancel my free trail before, after getting info for my nzd price I think to buy yearly plan.

Didn't get the name of the extremely…
Didn't get the name of the extremely helpful problem solver but I am grateful that the person was patient with me, explained what I had to do in simple terms and answered my questions to enable me to get connected again to my purevpn. I am a basic user with v/v/limited IT knowledge/experience but feel vulnerable if not connected to the vpn, so, THANKS again for suggestions, help & guidance to get me back on line.

The customer support responds fast, is well informed, as well as authorized to provide actual help, something many VPN providers lack.I contacted PureVPN support on the chat bot available at the lower bottom corner of the screen, I was immediately forwarded to a real person, not a bot. Team Leader "Angelo" was very informative and helpful, transparent, and didn't make any promises he couldn't keep, he offered some advice which I took. Great VPN
Great VPN, reliable, user friendly, easy to install, and best of all prices are pretty good. Had this for 18 months and I will continue to use it.Constantly expanding their servers, not tracked, do not share or keep any information. Great all-round VPN. I have only 1 negative if you do not disconnect the VPN on your PC/Laptop before shutting down when you restart network is not found and you have to reconnect PureVPN to resolve this.

works everytime i need it. I can get cheap game or subcription from all over the world brazil/ russia. Xbox live / psn/ music/streaming service etc. Perfect.

Shame that its a bit shady in some regards but I love the amount of features available.
I love the amount of addons available! the fact that i can use this vpn to host servers is amazing.The vpn have had a fair bit of issues under my subscription but support have been helpfull and they have sorted it out.Its a little bit sad that the advertisement of this vpn is fairly okay from the outside with great blog posts, explenations etc. But then on the dashboard there is banners thats try to stress you into buying long contracts with "Buy this plan ending this time this afternoon" ...
