I Just love purevpn they are always…

I had a failure in the VPN I use
I had a failure in the VPN I use, both to connect and also download. Ryan sorted out the first problem in the first help session and took the second problem away for fixing. By the time of the second help session, the second problem had been sorted. Professional approach and actions most appreciated.
