Good VPN with solid customer support
Good VPN with solid customer support. It's not often the level 1 support team has a good knowledge of the product but they did. On top of that the product is one of the only VPN's remaining that allows port forwarding.

Recently had an issue on connecting to…the favorite countries and error in re-installing the apps.
Recently had an issue on connecting to several locations and re-installing the apps. Asim helped me solving the re-installing and logging in on these locations. Finally solved the problems. Overall, Customer Service is quite prompt and I'm very happy to continue using PureVPN. I already renewed 5 years contract 2 times. Way to go guys. Much appreciated all your help. Cheers Vincent
