I subscribed this service not long ago. But i can tell, their 24/7 live chat service indeed top rated. Alex and Ryan help me out from setting up VPN on my linux device, and its work now. I hope their servers is as good as what i expected.

Rubbish, no customer service & waste of money!!
Purchased a 5 year plan and couldn’t believe the price I paid, after 6 months I see why; you know what they say when you pay peanuts!! My internet speeds drop from 100mbps to a measly 1mbps, I’m sure my 90s dial up modem was faster than that. As for their customer service it’s template default emails with no actual support, a day later you’ll get an email saying your case is closed thanks. I’ve been chasing them for a real answer for 3 weeks now but all I get is their copy paste emails!! ...
