Absolutely useless and scammy
Absolutely useless. Paid for a month, and after 4 days of back and forth with customer service I still have not received my credentials via email. I asked for a refund 5 times and they are still ignoring me and pretending I am not asking for a refund. Absolute scam. I am now speaking to my bank and filing a chargeback. They have literally taken my money, not provided the service promised and then completely ignore your refund requests time and time again. I urge you to stay away from this ...

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I lost my password I am doing back and forth with them since 2 days and apparently there is no different solution than receiving the password on your registered e-mail.Don't do a subscription with them, if you have a problem they are really not able to support you.

Upgraded to the annual package as it was 88% off - it created a 2nd account but Alex on support was so helpful and combined them together and added any lost time onto the yearly package. Amazing - been with PureVPN a while and now for another year :)
