Purevpn is a reliable and good service
Purevpn is a reliable and good service. At first I was stuck on trying to get the portforwarding to work correctly, I was stuck on getting them open for about 2 days and then I finally decided to get in touch with a Tech named Austin from their 24/7 help area. He helped me get things done super quick and knew exactly what was wrong and got me all set to go in about 20 mins ( it probably would've went quicker if I wasn't so slow haha ) Another big thanks to Purevpn and Austin!

From South Africa streaming UK tele. Speed on VPN is fine during the day but drops off drastically in the evening so much so that buffering is longer than playing time

I thought I was scamed… but no.
I thought I was scamed because I paid for a 5 year plan and the system asked me to pay again a week later. But my chat support "Alex" was great, I ask him what was going on, he did some magic stuff and now it works again. This time my membership in the system says as well until 2025. There was a bug are something probably. It was the first time a chat support could actually help. Thank for that Alex.

Flawless VPN
I've been using PureVPN for the past 6 years. It's had some connection issues over the years, lately there are none. The interface is intuitive and clean. There are advanced features like kill switches and the product is always evolving for the better! Thanks PureVPN
