Leaky VPN on Android TV combined with terrible support with agents who lack knowledge
Bought this VPN on offer at £12 for a year. App installed fine on my Nvidia shield tv box. Connected to server and checked IP address only to discover my real IP is showing even though the Vpn is stating it is connected. This is a major security flaw. Contacted their support who said I must show screenshots. Provided screenshots and was told "Real IP can be shown when connected to a VPN server in the same country ".
