Real people, not chat bots
I was pleasantly surprised to chat with a real agent...especially at 6 in the morning. I initially used the chat bot…expecting to get nowhere, but I was transferred to a real person within 2 minutes, and my problem was solved in less than 5 minutes. Top-notch customer service.

Great application and great service
I am having issue connecting to PureVPN in some highly restricted areas. I thought I'll have to go back and forth with a bot before I can chat with a real agent - I was wrong. Shehryaar just appeared and solve my problem with a click. I have been using PureVPN for years but didn't realize the great support team till today. Will definitely keep my subscription going!
