Bought PureVPN during Black Friday…
Bought PureVPN during Black Friday including Port Forwarding. Port Forwarding did not work, I had to contact support. Turns out, the normal version of PureVPN cannot do Port Forwarding, only by contacting support you get a special version with port forwarding. Because of such pain for the customer I would rate negative if I could.

Live chat are less than useless
Live chat are less than useless. Leave you hanging for minutes after minutes. Transfer you from agent to agent without resolution. I will go elsewhere for my annual contract. 0 stars if I could.
