Alex was very helpful
Alex was very helpful. My issue is that I must manually w/tech support update my payment monthly. It is very annoying. My first try today was with Adam Reed , we were cut off twice. Alex stayed on the line and resolved the issue for this month. I look forward to a permanent resolution in the future. Alex receives 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very nice VPN service
Very nice VPN service, keep up the good job.I had some issues with google search result when connect to PureVPN service, it always gave out Error 403. After disconnect the VPN everything becomes normal. I chat with the customer support team crew, Alex, he is really patient we try several different way to troubleshoot it, finally get it resolved. I hope this kind of trouble will not happen again, but who knows, I am glad their support team stand behind their product.I know Fighting the big ...
