Unusual Issue
Unusual IssuePurchased a dedicated IP address but kept getting assigned dynamic addresses.Spoke with a couple different technicians and Alex was able to pinpoint the root problem. He discovered the dedicated address I had been assigned was blocked on the server backend. He issued me a new account and everything worked as expected. He was very patient with me and kind, 10/10 would recommend again
