Great people great service
Thank you, thank you, thank you These thanks go to Lorenzo,Oscar,and Furqan. I had an issue after an update where i was unable to open the pure vpn app.After a couple of shared emails with Oscar he had me up and running in no time.I do a lot of work on line so i really need a dependable solid vpn and with people such as oscar there to help you cant go wrong. Thanks again guys, Martin.

Dedicated IP Error.
I had error messages when trying to use my dedicated IP with PureVPN. Shehryaar was very patient with me and fixed the problem. I highly recomment PureVPN.

Ryan was Awesome
Ryan was Awesome! I spent three days working with the helpdesk trying to fix my VPN on my router and just couldn't do it! But Ryan remoted in and in 10 minutes had me up and running! Thanks buddy!

Big shout out to Ryan and I quote "Ryan is a man of focus, commitment, sheer will....." Ryan put in maximum effort to resolve all my VPN connection issues. Moving forward, having Ryan to address any problems with my VPN is an absolute necessity.

I was having a payment issue…
I was having an issue renewing/upgrading my VPN service. It turns out the bank was blocking the transaction because the company is in Hong Kong. Anyway, Uzair helped me, got me upgraded, and even gave me a little extra time on my subscription! Great customer service! Great VPN!
