Pure not very reliable, but Ethan saved the day.
The connection is not reliable and the app presents issues more often than desired. The initial representatives sometime don't really seem to understand the problems and often give automated responses. However for my last issue I was forwarded to technician Ethan that really managed to solve the problem. Ethan was the only reason why I haven't cancelled my account yet. This technician seems to really understand what he's doing and took the time to focus on my problem and find a suitable ...

The service is agile, but the cost of the service is a little high, and even with the Premium subscription, its use will be limited if you do not buy an add-on on the website to include in the subscription.

Great value and never had any security problems.
Overall very satisfied with PureVPN. Only one issue with not being able to use the file sharing option for the past few days, but I've been informed that this will be resolved soon.
