Required assistance to update expiry…
Required assistance to update expiry date of vpn package after purchase of 5 year plan as displayed on TV account details page. Not the best at these kind of things but with the assistance of Uzair, got there in the end. He remained patient and helpful until the successful conclusion of the issue. Thanks!!

PureVPN tops for performance & support!
Brilliant response, thank you to Ryan at customer support! i have had a few problems over the years (things I had done wrong in error mainly) and always very helpful and prompt with support. So much so, I have now subscribed for another 5 years!!
