Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I had a question, my vpn was not coming on when I would hit the shortcut button on my desktop. Harrison answered quickly and suggested I redownload it from a link he quickly provided. I did that and fixed my issues very quickly Exactly what i needed at this moment.Thank you so much Harrison, you are awesome

I contacted purevpn to get my subscription cancelled and ended up buying another year of service. Really great customer service. The customer service agent was polite and very responsive. Highly recommended

At pure VPN prices are good. Three years of full membership for €60,-... Apparently though, low prices have their downside...My experience with the PureVPN software for Mac and the Customer support on have been unsatisfactory. From the four times I needed customer support, 3 times the Helpdeskdid simply not open up when clicking, I did not see any phone numbers to call so I guess these are also not available (at least superhard to find!).
