Never get back to you!
At first all was good. Had a couple of issues connecting but customer service fixed it. I have to just watch a NZ tv show from AUS. But last few days whenever I connect it says I am in sydney so obviously it won't work. Contacted support, after being mucked around a bit they found my acct said expired when it wasn't. Then said they'd have someone contact me via email soon with details on how to fix but nothing heard in 24 hours. I contacted again, they asked for my ticket number which I was ...
