I have been using PureVPN for last 3 years, I have been facing issues numerous times and support guys were really co operative and were able to solve issue, but today , Scott was able to solve my connectivity issue for dedicated IP in matter of jiffy. When you Support guys are nice and able to understand your issues and resolve it quick, issues is not of primary concern then. Thanks Scott.

I just chatted with Scott Summers regarding signing up for a VPN. Previously this morning I chatted with Willey. Both Representatives were very helpful, they each answered all my questions and I have decided to give the service a try.
