Had to reinstall would not connect got on chat and Oscar answered...ask normal questions.....did something on his end and IT WORKED....Chat was easy to used.....figured would take a lot longer

Setting up the PureVPN client on Asus router
I tried setting up the PureVPN client on my Asus router, but it didn't work. I opened a ticket on the website and received a very quick response from the technical support staff. There were many problems along the way, but the staff representative, Uzair, guided me how to solve them. Every response was very fast and professional. I am very pleased with the quality of the product and, very importantly, the quality of support.
