I had recently requested for a refund for my subscription through the live (Nothing wrong with the VPN everything worked as expected) and was speaking to Ethan. He was very nice and even offered me very good deals. Very helpful. would definitely use their services again. Their vpn is easy to use and customer service is very good and can help you with anything straight away.

Excellent service and support!
I encountered difficulty using PureVPN with a dedicated IP. Their Support Agent, Willey, identified the issue, gave me clear instructions on how to change the configuration and was very patient throughout. I have used PureVPN for 3 years, the connection is stable and lightning fast. The support is excellent. Thanks Willey!

Reliably and quickly
Reliably and quickly. Not all servers always work and not all are equally fast, but they are useful for my purposes. The interface is clear and easy to use. Help is also available quickly when you need it. But actually everything is self-explanatory. I've trusted PureVPN for years and consider the company to be one of the best.
