Very satisfied
I have been a Pure customer for a few years. Very happy with it, it always works, fast connections, and if I've had a problem the customer support is top shelf. And they don't give out connection history, or any personal information. Enough said!

I had an issue connecting to my dedicated IP and also to streaming services
I had an issue connecting to my dedicated IP address and also one with being able to access some streaming services, such as Hulu and Philo, on my standard account and the Support Specialist Austin was very patient and helped me successfully troubleshoot both issues. I've been a customer for a few years now and will continue to be thanks to the level of service and professionalism provided by him. I'm very thankful for his assistance.

Good connections, reasonable price
Good connections (except in Turkey where I wasn't able to connect to PureVPN due to local restrictions on network providers), reasonable price and fast download/upload. Will re-new third time very soon. Thanks!
