Thanks to Furqan - brilliant
Thanks to Furqan, he was very patient with me! Error was, that latest android-app download on my mobile was wrong, so android-TV-app was downloaded instead. It took a long while to get it fixed due to wrong URL given for device registration. But solved with help from Furqan.

Great customer support
Had issue with accessing a specific application with PureVPN, so had to talk to several members of their support team. Overall experience is really good, issue resolved in the end; connected to agents immediately; Ryan from support team was amazing. The wait time before remote assistance was a little long, but latter I learned they did thorough testing with the website I had issue with probably during that time.

I have probably used PureVPN both on desktop and on mobile device for over 4 years. I do rate myself as a light user and generally use their basic functions/service. However they have met my expectations and I rarely have any quality issues. I find them reliable and easy to use. PureVPN has come a long way and they are improving in all aspects. They are competitively priced and loyalty results in lower costs. I am happy to continue using them over the next 4-5 years. Good job guys!
