Been using PureVPN for several years by now. I would have choose 4 stars as it has been quite a hassle in the past as we had a username we could not remember and had some latency issues to connect to certain websites but now that we use our email address to login and have access to WireGuard, it works like a charm and no longer notice a difference when it is ON or OFF so I gladly set a 5 star. Connection problem
Had a problem connecting and got in touch through the chat. Ethan was very efficient and clear in taking me through the problem-solving process, quickly providing me with the needed links and other info. Was swiftly back to normal :) Thank you again Ethan. Five stars.
