Tech Support and New Devices
Like most people who get a new device there are obstacles to overcome, conflicts, and mysteries we don't understand. That's when you hope you can reach customer service and get an understanding and clever representative who can get you up and running quickly and with a good attitude. Kudos to ALEX for his support
I cannot connect to PureVpn for a couple of days. I requested foe suuport and luckily, the person, his name is (ALEX) helped me and got it fixed. He was really knowlegeable and veryvery helpful. I really appreciate his help. He made my otherwise frustrating day to a better one. Again I thank you ALEX for the support you gave.
