Excellent service
Great customer service, excellent and intuitive app, speed is really nice. Asked for refund because Argentina's server is a virtual one and I needed a real server, and Alfred from customer service resolved everything.

Excellent once I restart my computer. PureVPN gives me an error message whenever my computer has been idle. I always have to restart the computer to get it to work.
