Well rounded features, affordable pricing, fast CS team
I have used PureVPN for a year and have generally very positive experience. While it's not all rainbow and sunshine, their customer support team are very responsive to fix our problem. My most recent experience with their support team is when my account is having some issues after renewing my plan. Adam, the support personel assigned to help fix the problem fixed the issue in no time. While there are lot of other VPN services out there, some are even more affordable or have more servers. ...

I've been a customer for more than 5…
I've been a customer for more than 5 years. Besides being a super and reliable VPN server there's a great customer service. Whenever help was needed (new MAC Os install and other issues) I've got excellent instant help from online customer support. My last helper 'Neelov' was spot on help! Thanks for all that.

Summer was great!
Summer was a great help. I was unable to login on my laptop or my mobile app. She responded fast and helped provide links and instructions to fix my issues.

Couldn't log in, support solved it.
I had an issue with logging into my account but Ethan was able to solve the problem very quickly. Now I can enjoy Purevpn again. Thanks Ethan!

Was unable to connect
Was unable to connect, error message when trying to connect indicated I did not have an active subscription. Neelov resolved the issue very quickly, clearly they know there stuff.
