Pure VPN support is pretty impeccable and thorough
Pure VPN support is pretty impeccable, from my own experience as a subscriber to their service. Shehryaar, the support staff handling my support chat, is knowledgeable and thorough and is able to hand hold me through some difficult to explain issues, and from her input, some back-end changes were done to prevent the issue from happening again, which is most important to me. Looking for a VPN with Port Forwarding feature
I was looking for a VPN service which allows Port Forwarding feature. Before doing anything (like creating an account) I have just clicked the contact button and start typing (specifically asking about the Port Forwarding feature). Peter assured me that this feature is available and made me an offer: 4 free extra months to my subscription. Now I am happy about that.

Well to be honest, these guys were awesome. From the minute I inquired about my use case for PureVPN Peter killed it. Walked me through what I needed to sign up for, how to configure it to solve my problem. Walked me right past a couple of brain dead ideas I had about what I needed to do right to a working solution... and now my mobile development machine can be connected to by cloud resources over VPN for debugging of remote systems that need to connect to my machine over a publicly ...

Was easy to get in touch with a real person. Asim was very helpful.
Company appears very approachable and Asim was able to give me very detailed and clear instructions about options for signing up. My query on live chat was answer very quickly. I wish my previous providers were this approachable!
