Frank solved my issue
Frank was excellent and quick in solving my problem. I was trying to set up PureVPN on a Netgear router and my credentials were not being recognized. The same credentials worked on the site to access my account. I attempted the chat, at night, and didn't hold out much hope of getting it solved that way. I was wrong! Frank quickly responded and explained how to use auto generated credentials from the member area to manually input to the router. Thanks Frank!

Frank helped me through an update and I really appreciate his patience. There were a couple issues, I had let my CC lapse so that made it difficult but Frank hung in there for me. I did lose my temper and for that I apologize sincerely. This will make 4 + 2 more years with Pure VPN.

I had issues with installing and running PureVPN on Windows and on Linux. The representative Frank is very knowledgeable and helpful specialist. He answered all my questions and resolved all the problems related to installation, logging in and running the app in Windows and in Ubuntu Linux. I highly appreciate his knowledge, desire to help and, as the result of that, addressing all my problems.
