Summer from tech support is just great!
I bought Dedicated IP with Port Forwarding option for PureVPN because I'm on Starlink which means double NAT. I tried to connect to PureVPN servers and ethier got wrong IP address or could not connect at all. I asked for help in PureVPN support chat and Summer from their tech support was very quick in resolving my issue.
