Finn was really helpful and…
Finn was really helpful and knowledgeable about my issue of not being able to connect to the server I wanted to. He helped by taking over the computer and fixing the problem - with me watching. I know what the issue was and now I can fix it myself if it happens again. Which it shouldn't - he did such a good job.

I'm customer from many years and I had a wonderful experience. In Italy we have p.e.c. system, certified email that have legal value. Pec servers accept only if you send mail from Italy, so changing location with pureVpn and no problem sending mail anymore.
