Reactive and Helpful
After spending huge amout of time trying to set up the VPN, I decided to contact the customer support. Thanks to Summer, my issue was solved in only a few minute. PureVPN is very reactive and helpful

Old version of software failure to connect - fixed
I had an issue where this Application under Windows 10 would no longer work. It would fail to connect. An inquiry to Customer Support suggest I upgrade to the latest version of software. Odd, since the running version indicated no updates were available and I was on the latest version. So I went to their website and sure enough, an update was there. Downloaded and installed and smooth sailing ever since.

Got the wrong country's dedicated IP but Alfred made things happen to get one time permission to change for free.

I am using an TP-Link Omada SDN…
I am using an TP-Link Omada SDN configuration. I had problems and TP-Link support said they were not compatible with PureVPN. After working with Alex we worked through the issues and got it to work. Now I can route traffic to different VLAN's to different countries. Alex was awesome to work with
