What a great example of customer service
What a great job Olivia did in helping me get my account upgraded and the brand new dedicated ip and forwarding add-on added at the same time. We worked through all my questions and she took feedback for the web site team and even for the tech team about using my Unifi router with PureVPN (tech team responded within a day too). Great customer experience, she worked everything through patiently and thoroughly. Exactly how 5-star customer support should be. Well done.
