Full featured VPN with a great technical support
For the price, you not only get a full featured VPN (I use it with my Starlink to remotely manage my servers) but also A LOT of tutorials and an AWESOME technical support (thanks Alfred and Ethan for the quick replies). Highly recommended.

Excellent Support
If you're concerned about a company's support, as in whether or not you'll get good help when you need it, rest assured PureVPN has great responsive support. I've needed to contact PureVPN Support a couple times, the last just recently. Super responsive and helpful. They resolved my issue well within my expectations.

Every now and again my machine goes…
Every now and again my machine goes nuts (outside of PureVPN) and then I can't get connected properly to VPN again. I vaguely remember the instructions - but not properly. Tonight, Finn was lovely and efficient. Got me reconnected very quickly. Thanks!

Expert help from Oscar
For the first time, Oscar gave me great and full support. He knew exactly what he was doing and didn't give me the generic run around with try this and try that not knowing if it would help or not. This review does not reflect onPureVPN in the same way. I have had issues with them for the last 1 1/2 years that still remain unsolved. Oscar was by far, the best tech support that I have seen to date.
