problem with account expiration
I had a little problem with expiration of my account. It was quikly managed, considering the period (Christhmas-New Year holidays), and resolved. Thanks PureVPN team and, above all, thanks Emily.

This started as an angry 1 star review but Adam saved the day
This started as an angry 1 star review I was a very upset new customer chasing a refund, Adam on support has Literally saved me leaving and and has turned it around everything is now working perfectly. It goes to show that when you get through to the right people it can be resolved easily. PureVpn needs more Adams working for them !
