Super friendly and efficient service
I really like PureVPN, they keep adding servers and countries over the years. Today I had an urgent problem with my email credentials and the customer service took care of the issue in a very professional and effective manner

The Best Found Me...
PureVPN took me by the hand and walked me through the entire installation process to make sure ALL my desires and expectations were fulfilled. And even now, PureVPN is right next to me waiting to answer any questions or concerns I might come across. I call that... "WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE"!!! My experience with PureVPN is like fiding a "Blood Diamond". A lot of players in the game.. that PureVPN already won and done! There is NOBODY else standing. So... "Take The Win With PureVPN"!!!!

Customer Service was great
Customer Service was great! I tried for hours to get my VPN to work on my NAS and it took them 10 minutes or less. They were very responsive and quick to solve the issue!

Look no further for your VPN!
I've been with PureVPN 6 years now. What solidified me to staying was two-fold: 1. They stick to what they promise. 2. I had a situation where I bought a lifetime subscription through a 3rd party, and the 3rd party would no longer honour it when it came time to renew the subscription. However, once I directly contacted PureVPN and explained my situation, they honoured it without ANY hesitation and said they'll do the same next renewal time.

The VPN is working as promised
The VPN is working as promised, however in the time of war in the east Europe I was expected to go behind enemy line and read what they post about the war. Sadly this VPN not allowed me to read this source. So who is looking into VPN connections and selecting for me?
