Logging in = Frustration
I had a logon issue that I just could not seem to overcome and was getting very frustrated..almost to the point of cancelling. I figured I would try talking to their support but was skeptical. I connected with Angelo and in five minutes he had me up and running. I went from mad to glad just like that. Thank you Pure..GREAT service!
