Good service, good price, quick and efficient customer service
I've been with Pure VPN for around 7 years now, I've tried a few other VPN services but they were always lacking something (or just straight up not working properly). Just had to renew my subscription and the app wouldn't recognize the transaction despite the website showing I had a valid subscription, I launched the live chat service through their website and within 5 minutes Ethan had taken care of things for me. Had some issues, but support was helpful
I am new to VPN and had some initial issues with the pureVPN client. Partially my own fault, due to a lack of knowledge on the topic. But I also had a few software issues with the client, most notably an inability to connect to any server unless I forced the client to use the UDP protocol. Later I ran into issues with the auto-login feature failing on me, and having to manually sign into the client on each boot (which of course is cumbersome).
