Port Forwarding on PureVPN
Port forwarding was not working consistently. Alex logged into my computer using Teamview and resolved the issue in about 1/2 hour. I did a trial with PIA yesterday and their tech support was unable to get port forward to work on their VPN. My setup is behind 2 routers. I currently have 4 ports being forwarded. PIA would only forward 1 port and they could not get it to work. I cancelled after 1 day and got a refund. The speed with port forwarding on PureVPN is a bit of an issue with the ...

Good performance and excellent price
Have used PureVPN for several years and it has got better with time. Very fast connection now and higher speeds. Had no experience with other VPN's but had no reason to change since price was very good and performance so good I don't notice that I am connected.

Happy to resolve a problem quickly with purevpn team
My email address was hacked and it was registered on my purevpn account. The team, mainly Abraham had the ability to change and to protect my account quickly. The Purevpn security system is very efficient and i understood by my challenge how that's work. Thanks very much to the Purevpn team ;-)

Ethan Helped me a lot to find a solution ...thanks for him but although I am an old customer..I did not know than your application is working Only with Windows 10 or 11 and not with previous versions...I think that will be a good idea to inform your customers at the time of purchase with the way that app is working with different operating systems...Thanks in advance
